Got a call from US Financial Resources. Spoke with a lady with very poor English, informing me that l had been approved for a grant that never had to be paid back. I would be receiving an e-mail the following day with confirmation number, but her main concern was obtaining my debit account number to collect a fee of $3.87, THIS was her main concern.
Don't believe it people!
