I was cold called asking if I wanted to still sell my 2 timeshares? I said yes, and after asking many questions, and checking their web site it sounded good. They put me in touch with accounting dept. Nd they said they would send a contract. I was to have it noterized, and send a certified check. It was so personized, and seemed to be a good co. She told me I would get the escrow $ back when the property closed in 30 days as they had a buyer who wanted mountain timeshares. Very foolish I sent the $ to them. Then never heard from them again. I called for months. Now I see they are not accredited by BBB and all mail is returned, and no phone. I would advise no one to go with this co. I'm surprised only 2 have put in a complaint. If anyone knows the owners or new address etc. Please let me know.
