I called tech help thinking I was calling HP tech support. After they sold me the services to fix my computor and I spent 2 days on the phone with them going through diagnotics. I was finally fed-up and told them it was under warranty and they needed to replace my laptop. Then they told me they weren't HP. I contacted my bank to stop the payment. They are scams.
