I made my first purchase 12/6, and although I am not cashing myself on shoes, I don't believe in throwing away money on a company that's notorious for being a scam.

I was able to get the purchase confirmation, but not any other tracking or shipping confirmation email as promised or stated. Most websites I make purchases from always has that email sent to me ASAP. I almost forgot about this purchase if it werent for me looking through my emails and impossible is an understatement when trying to contact JUSTFAB by phone or email. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything here at all because if I don't hear from them soon, then the reality of the situation is that I have been scammed. The phones, emails... Everything I'm beginning to think is FAKE. For a site that sell shoes with no name brands, I don't believe they should have "high traffic" as opposed to Steve Madden or Aldo's, who always have a rep by phone / email right away for you. It's a shame they have celeb endorsements or have their ad placed ANYWHERE at all... This place is a scam.
