In reviewing my online bank records I found this company had debited my card for $10.40. I called the phone number provided and was told a former roommate (which was not privy to my card or its number!) had made a purchase of a compact umbrella. They quickly remedied the debt, telling me I'll see a full refund on my account in 2-3 business days. I'll be watching my account like a hawk to make sure this comes through! Seems to me someone needs to do something about shutting this business down...
