Ck. Was written on 10/26 taken out of my ck. Acct on 12/7. Lucky my mortage had already cleared. But my bank went ahead and paid this anyways resulting in over draft fees of 29.00. I had to return to the bank and fill out two forms, an eft (error resolution form), and a written ststement of unauthorized debit. Now my acct. Is frozen until they ck. It out. All this because some crook is to lazy to get a job.
