Cash For Gold USA
Additonal 20% offer not true

I recently sent some gold items to Cash for Gold USA. After receiving the check, i was surprised that the total amount (~1000 dollars) does not include the 20% bonus offer that i received from them through e-mail. The e-mail states that i will receive a 20% bonus if the total amount of my gold items will be greater than 250 dollars and if i will send my gold items were sent before October 12. I asked their customer service and they told me that my gold items were recieved on October 11. The customer service told me that they can't do anything about it because the checks were already sent. I told the customer rep to transfer me to their boss. The boss has the same answer. They can't do anything about it. I ask for any person with a higher authority than the him and the boss told me that there's no other higher authority than him. I asked him if he's the CEO and he said he is to my surprise. Ofcourse i don't believe it. IS THERE A CEO THAT DIRECTLY SUPERVISES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES? I just hope that no other person will fall victim to this offers which can turn out to be not true. Cash for Gold gives a tracking # for every gold items sent to them. My tracking # is 7250791
