To whom it may concern:

I love American eagle I shopped in this store since I was in high school, now I am employed for your company and I’m truly excited because I feel I can grow with this company and bring all my strength and energy to truly get ahead with your company, but I am disappointed In a way because I feel like I’m not treated fairly I am a hard worker and can work any shift the problem is I receive only day to work on my application and the day of my interview I was asked what days and hours can I work, I put available any shift I can even work the holidays. Employees who were hired in with me brag on the fact that they get more hours because they are either related to family members or they know the managers really well and they don’t have the customer service skills I have I just want to be treated fairly. Who is a manager, I understand everyone wants to work and need to pay bills but some employees are just there for the discount, also when I speak to others who work for the company was allowed to get one free American eagle outfit I have never received one, I love my job I just want to get a few hours to help my mom and support my daughter, I feel like the managers are not fair I barely know who is who I just wish someone can come spy and see how the soho store is running.
