I am not sure what the outcome will be but I am in fear i am on a slippery slope like the rest of these customers that have reported this group. I too went in with a simple error where I had a check engine light on and they pulled the pan off ($200) minimum and tightened a few things then took it for a drive. (I made the mistake of not driving it myself). He said well its making this sound I think its deeper inside the tranny can you leave it? I said yes... He then told me it was 595 to take it apart and look at every part.

I got a call a few days later it was 2500 for a rebuild. After reading this report i am calling dodge ram to ask what a 1500 should cost for a new one. He said it would be done today. Sure enough as the report says they will keep taking your money...

I called to pick it up and he said the same thing is happening with the new installed rebuilt tranny didnt fix the issue. It must be your computer he said. He said it needs to be replaced. $400.00-600.00. I then questioned him and said well then the issue could have been the computer the entire time!?!? He said no your clutch and parts were all burned up for sure. I said well they are fixed arent they? And it is still not working? Doing the exact exact same thing...

I believe that the issue wasnt the tranny in the first place I think there was another issue and he is trying to rip me off... He is now also stretching this out for over a week and tells me it will be another week. How do i get my truck out of here? How do I do this and not get ripped off?
