I ordered a set of the TV series Hill Street Blues from Kangaroo DVD on 23 August and received advice that it had been shipped on 24 August. It arrived at our local post office. So far so good. But due to a misunderstanding was returned to sender. I contacted KangarooDVD without success to have the order resent, but until I threatened to complain on your site, I heard nothing from them. After threatening to complain on your site on 18 October I received the only message I have had from KangarooDVD on this matter, which was that the order would be posted express. It has not been received, nor has a refund, despite many messages to KangarooDVD both before and since. I believe they have stolen my money since I have neither what I paid for nor the money I paid for it with. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from KangarooDVD (under whatever name they happen to be using) is - don't.
