I just noticed that I was charged $39.99 from this company. I ordered boots from them once and now it looks like they've signed me up for a monthly charge that they must have hidden in the fine print when I joined their site to order shoes. Their "live chat" does not work and I've been on hold for a half an hour on the phone in an attempt to cancel my account. I googled the company and see that they have ripped off everyone in this same devious manner. I want my money back and I want to cancel my account! The boots I ordered are terrible quality, too.
