Recurring charges to my debit card without my knowledge/permission/fraudulent charges Valletta

Each month for the last 4 months, this website has been charging my debit card $10 each month without my permission. I am not certain how my debit card number was obtained but i was forced to cancel it. When I called CCBilleu I was told that they had no matching card number on file??? They basically denied the fraudulent charges even though they are clearly printed on my bank statement.
