When I noticed a charge on my credit card from an internet site I immedialtely called the 800 number listed on my bill. The number was to CCBILLEU, a billing agent for many internet pornography providers. After investigation it was determined that my teenage son had used my card wothout authorization. My son, in fact, did not even use my name as the buyer but his own. Since he did not provide the correct information, the transaction should not have been accepted, but it was.ccBILLEU told me in no uncertain term "We don't care who purchased the porn, the online agreement was accepted, so we are charging the money." In other words, CCBILLEU does not care if the companies they represent sell pornography to minors, and even if they are made aware of it being done, are going to keep the money anyway.
