Friends, people such as this are thieves hiding in the clouds of cyber-space. Onviously it is financially unsafe to use these intentionally dishonest services. How are we to know? We for the most part are hard working Americans seeking a fair deal in our day to day dealings with our neighbors and then we bump into crooks such as peoplesmart who specialize on taking advantage of people.
