I orders a box set of dvds on October 29 said it was sent off November 15th and still no package. Was given a tracking number which is invalid with UPS services. The money was charged to my Visa and also taken too. I send emails daily to this company but never get any response back. Please locate this company and at least get me a phone number where i can get something done with them. Ty Tina Leonard
