They had an offer for 4 books for 5$, I bought those. Later, I found a 19$ taken from my credit card on November 12. I called them, they told me this is for your next package of books. I told them I did not order them, she told me when you bought the welcome package for the first time, you also signed to receive books from us on monthly bases and each book is 4$. I did not read this in their agreement, this was hidden, because the same thing happened to many other people. I told the lady, I need to cancel my subscription, she told me, ok thats fine, but the books were already shipped for you and you can not get refunded except after you send back the next package of books. I was waiting for the package till today, December 6 and nothing was send back. I called them they told me that it was shipped on November 21 (and not November 11 as they said) and they asked us to wait. Probably they will keep us waiting till the period of return is gone. I sent email to the customer service support, and no reply. A very nice planned way of robing people
