PODS Storage Won't Pick Up

PODS were quick to take our money and drop off the POD when we first ordered it. After storing the POD for a couple of months, I scheduled the drop off of the POD to unload at our new house well in advance but waited to confirm the movers before scheduling final pick-up. I tried to schedule the final several days in advance but was told they were booked up and the soonest they could pick it up was around 10 days later.

So now I have an empty POD sitting on my driveway and haven't received a straight answer of whether or not I'm still paying for this thing. THEN I get an email telling me that they've bumped pick-up for another week! Over two weeks to pick this thing up?!!

PODS offers a pretty basic service. Drop off a box, pick it up, store it, drop it off again and pick it up again. THEY CAN'T EVEN MANAGE THE BASICS! Every time I look at this thing on my driveway my blood boils! I can barely get in and out of the garage and the neighbours are sick of staring at this eyesore!

I've called to try and get this mess fixed and now I'm just sitting by the phone waiting an eternity for the promised call back. I don't think it's coming.
