Mice infested storage units that damages contents

I had a storage unit that had mice and it damaged my contents. The unit next to mine was used for food storage and the facility had rodent problems! Even after the constant extermination and pest control, Extra Space Storage would not reimburse me for damages or for free rent. The site manager had no control and the regional manager wouldn't help because I didn't have insurance.

I am disgusted and would highly NOT recommend this organization!!
