Merry Maids
Would not recommend -Salt Lake City area

I have contracted with Merry Maids for a year and am on my fifth bi-monthly cleaning. I have them come on a Saturday because I have dogs andwant to be here to supervise. With my signed contract! I received a list of tasks the crew would perform each tine. To date, the list of tasks has yet to be completed and often, the work is shoddy at best. The first few tines they cleaned, i was ubconfortable making an inspection of their work and asking for specific jobs to be completed. During this last visit, i pulled out the list of "every time" jobs and wrnt over everything before they left (they were actually packing up and leaving without ever having washed the bathroom or kitchen floors or doing a decent job vacuuming the livingroom carpet. While they were not pleased with me, i ran my hand along the floor in several areas and showed them it clearly was not clean. The same went for a long kitchen counter that still had coffee spilled from this morning and toast crumbs under the toaster. They were here for an additional hour getting most of what i pointed out. There are stil things they did not do, but i am ready to get on with my day and need them gone!

I would not recommend Merry Maids at all, however, if you are going to use them, you should probably be at home when they come so you can ensure you are getting the service you contracted for. L
