Direct TV Tricked me into a 2 year "commitment"! - direct tv

I was hoping to switch providers because Direct TV's "on demand" feature is TERRIBLE and completely sub par to any other provider i've had in the past. It takes about 24 hours for a show to "download" onto your DVR box. Little did I know upon installation when the service tech said "please sign here stating that I was on time and delivered" meant I was signing for 24 months of service!!! I've been on hold for hours waiting for the alleged supervisor to speak to me but have not been able to get through. Do not get direct tv!!!
