I recently found out that I had a transaction on my groupon account for which I didn't authorise. I rang up groupon and queried it. On explaining thatmy card company had informed me of recent transactions which wasn't from me I checked my other account. I found another transaction which I didn't authorise on explaining this to women at customer services she told me there was nothing she could do about it. The attitude I got was basically tough and was told to basically shove it. I was fuming with with how was being treated and now have transactions on accounts which I can't do anything about!
