Home Depot poor customer service - Entry Doo

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for entry door in September and in December I'm still without that door. For several weeks i received phone calls informing me the door will arrive on a set date. The set date arrives and then they call and state it didn't ship. They blame the manufacturer and yet i'm the one holding the bag. They made no honest attempt to keep this customer. Their delays have cost me considerable amounts of money.
