Merry Maids, Morris County NJ, subpar work

I have been using Merry Maids in Morris County NJ for about a year. I have almost fired them several times, but I finally did a few days ago when they broke my window shade for the second time, and left several dents in my walls after an especially unsatisfactory cleaning appointment. After speaking with the office about being reimbursed for this loss, I was told that the girls said they didn't break the shade. Basically, the office did not believe me that I didn't break my own shade. They told me that the girls who come to my house were the best they have, that's not saying much. I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and every time they came, it took less and less time to clean it. The last time they came, it took 45 minutes for two people to clean the house, and when they left, it looked almost the same as it did before they came - except for new dents in my walls where they rammed their mops into them, and the broken shade in my bathroom that they insist they didn't do. I would not recommend anyone using this particular branch of Merry Maids unless they are ok with throwing money out the window and then having to clean their house by themselves.
