New Way Dry Way Hardwood Floors, not trustworthy business

We purchased two groupons to have hardwood floors refinished last June. We called and called, left messages at the business and cell phone, e-mailed but only received one response. They e-mailed us to state that they would not schedule an appointment for hardwood floors until the end of November. We tried the same routine again at the end of November, but got no response from them. They have refused to complete the service they sold to us. It appears that the coupons are a scam for New Way to take your money up front without completing any work.
