This is a unprofessional team of workers. If you would like to be treated like you matter then you need to take your business elsewhere. Multiple errors were made. I was always addressed by my screen name rather than my proper name. They transposed my phone number with my fax number. Out of the dozen times that I called the company the phone was answered once, otherwise it's a voice mail abyss. They were always rushing around and never actually stood and took a moment to listen to what you were saying, or have eye contact. As a group they didn't seem to like each other very much, therefore also didn't work well together. I called to say that I was on my way to pick up the sign, The salesman asked me if someone had called to say the sign was ready. Someone had called four days prior to let me know the sign was ready, evidently they don't communicate with each other in the office. The sign came out nice, but nowhere near worth what they charged for it, eighty dollars. The entire experience was an ordeal that I want to prevent anyone else from going through. I was treated like an annoyance rather than a client. If you're looking for a pleasant, professional encounter, this is not the place to go.
