Something is wrong with the way this company works

The corporation is definitely an online gambling website. I set $35 into a merchant account to guess with on June 4th. Two of bets were champions and that I gained $102.62. Today they say I have to show my I.D. And mailing address. I've never experienced this before. I tried faxing them numerous occasions using the proper info and received no reaction. I delivered them images obtained with my mobile phone. Which was not adequate enough. They provide no mailing address and also have created no present of me delivering them the right data through the email. An easy voided check could be enough tome. Or do they provide an internet form for me personally to provide them the required info. Anything is wrong using the method the corporation works.
