Books Shipped to Billing Address Instead of Mailing Address

I ordered some books online and wanted them sent to my mailing address. I put the mailing address in the order form.

Unfortunately, I paid for them by PayPal, and PayPal told them to mail them to my billing address. The books were lost due to PayPal overriding my instructions on the order form to send them to my mailing address.

PayPal goofs again. I have since stopped using them and will never use them again.
