I am really upset using their customer support. I requested an item in the collegeboard online shop. But what I recognized the item I requested wasn't the merchandise I had been searching for. I settled 22$ for that item itself PLUS 10$delivery.

They do not return the 10$ delivery charge.

And I'd to invest $15 bucks to deliver it back, that weam also not getting back.
