A few minutes after paying my $29.00 to join The Reading Site I realized I had made a mistake and requested a refund by email.

The problem is: THEY NEVER SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH THE SUBJECT "ORDER INFORMATION", so I have no way to request a refund... Other then bombarding them with emails, which I have done with no success—only the same auto response.
