Unauthorized charges

I've been obtaining unauthorized costs out of this organization for weeks. I've sent them several times plus they WOn't give a telephone number or change the costs. I'd a account in 2000 and terminated it inside a year. I'dnot been billed since that time until this past year plus they show me no evidence that I re activated or signed up for account. Simply taking a look at all the additional grievances I am thinking if anybody has determined ways to get returned or just how to have the corporation researched for robbery.
