Called saying I did not fill my contract and charged me 58.14

I had been named with a business NCOFF and advised I'd not full-filled my agreement of course if used to do not spend them $58.14, I'd be converted into a group company. I settled the cash about the telephone and also to this very day haven't obtained a credit to-order my publications when I was educated by Chloe. It was Feb. 26 and refined March 2 thru my lender. I've not had the opportunity to speak with anybody. I just obtain the runaround.
