I had been delivered a guide that used to do not purchase. I sent it back unopened. I DID NOT WANT TO BUY! They've since been delivering progressively demanding payment updates. Their updates include simply no method to contact them apart from a pre-addressed envelope. No telephone number, no mail, nothing. This really is getting absurd
