Ook was dirty torn and pages falling out

I requested 3 publications all entitled: Yoga Body Buddha Brain. The very first one came a week ago in horrible situation. It was dirty, had aged collection labels onto it. Pages ripped in the guide and dangling free. The cover was so filthy I really needed to clean it with lighting soap and water, subsequently to put on everything together I recorded the whole address. The edges were chaos all divided and cut. I'm really dissatisfied in that which was delivered to me. I suppose I'm caught with this specific sloppy guide. Sadly I put away the delivery and packaging data. Easily got an image of the chaos today it'd not display the unpleasant situation by which it came in my experience. The 2nd book arrived in today and was in exceptional condition. Very dissatisfied client...
