Sent books back several months ago and haven't received my money back yet

I had been getting cooking books and that i taken care of them all but one and that i delivered all back and even today have not obtained my money. I decided they were something which i'd not require and so i named the company and they sent me return labels -i delivered all of them back and even today i'ven't obtained my money.
