Still being billed for book I returned

I delivered a guide to Bottom-Line Publications along side one more book-they had sent me. I'm however incorrectly getting their statement along side frustrating type characters stating I still owe them. I've since shipped them back one of these simple frustrating type characters they delivered me with daring publishing from me telling them I delivered not just the book-theyare charging me for but I also delivered back another guide they delivered that we didn't need. I also ripped them about the evidence of shipping for their Iowa tackle and also the day it had been shipped. This evidence of shipping was straight in the US Postal Service, so that they have this backup. I'd like them TO PREVENT payment me instantly.
