I've been charged to get a guide "TREASURY OF HEALTH STRATEGIES NE" at a price of $47.94. I've attempted to describe to Louis Adamo, Selections Manager, that used to donot purchase this guide and that I truly have not obtained it, but to no avail.

What do I've to complete to create these folks realize that I actually donot have their book, and neither do I'd like their book?

Can anybody help me?
