Never ordered, never received, received invoice and threaten with collection

I've received bills on the guide I never requested or obtained. I keep getting invoiced for this. Have delivered 3 characters allowing them to understand, I actually donot possess the guide, never requested the book and certainly will not purchase anything used to donot requested or obtained. Today they're saying I obtained the bill using the guide. No used to do not. I received 3 extra bills requesting me to describe exactly what the issue is about the back of the letter, that we did and place the title of individual about the letter. I've gotten nothing. Today I'm being confronted with selections. Support! So what can I actually do easily cannot achieve somebody ph# or site? I'd appreciate any recommendations.
