Hidden $19.95 fee

I had been billed $19.95 to get a membership charge for joining the membership after I put an order. I'd no thought there is a hidden charge for purchasing publications. After I named, I had been informed it had been clearly published about the delivery site or something similar to that. I told them-it was possibly in really small printing which I believed these were shady. I want I'd run into this website before purchasing through them. These were also really sluggish in obtaining the publications in my experience. I requested on August 29 and obtained them on Oct. 5th.
