Billed for books that delivery was refused/returned

I requested a few publications but from the period these were delivered, I'd previously bought elsewhere. Therefore, I declined the shipping and remaining publications with postal provider. Weeks later I'm still being charged. Rodale will not study problem or revise my acct. I'm currently getting collection company expenses for this. I want I'd have googled the lawsuits that Rodale has confronted for related problems...
