Awful company

In 2007 I approached submit america regarding posting my poetry publications. After searching one guide over they delivered me a-7 year agreement that will instantly restore for another 7 years. I really couldnot change the agreement to my requirements and so I emaiiled them telling them that following the 1st 7 years the agreement would be to finish. While editing got your hands on my guide it required 2 weeks in order for them to check it. They claimed these werenot taking any fresh manuscripts, however they delivered the brand new manuscript that I delivered them, back again to me for editing; and undoubtedly they mightnot discover the mistakes that I recommended. Then they submitted my guide to a different division plus they delivered me a duplicate of the address that the title was spelled wrong. Our speech is exclusive plus they attempted to check my guide altering the title from Dark When I Actually Was maintaining' It actual Rapoetry to Dark When I actually was Maintaining it true rapoetry. They stated it was too late to alter it and that I mentioned forget it. 2 weeks later November I get 2 ultimate proofs of my guide. I seem it around and there are many format mistakes. Additionally they transformed a few of the phrases in my own poems which changed this is of my verses. I sent one division after another but nobody is taking accountability, they cannot tell me if they've really obtained the E-Mail or not, mightn't tell me wherever corporate was, and they need me to-order 50 copies of my guide before they could make any modifications. I mentioned again, forget it. I intend on suing them for defamation of personality and false advertising. They must be halted instantly. They consider ambitious authors and change and change their works that will be not within the agreement. They need one to put money into purchasing your personal guide from their store, that's not appropriate.
