Bottomline Publications delivered still another guide that people didn't purchase. Following the second bill arrived I went online to find a person servcie #1-800-678-5835 (strike "1 to get a man). They explained we requested this "sequence" in 2002 (6 years ago). Well, I understand to get a reality we did not subscribe to any endless sequence that will deliver us their publications each year. I required a return tag and they never deliver us something again. I also informed them I noticed a large number of grievances online declaring they've completed the same to others. Don't allow them them speak you into spending money on it and sometimes even for that return shipping to deliver it back.
