Obtained two (02) unwanted yearbook 2008 with address having said that your FREE REWARD is closed. About 3 months later I obtained a for cost for that FREE SURPRISE. I obtained the books at two differing times. They both have two distinct bill figures for that same guide, title etc. I've created for them previously and required they not deliver me-any product without my first building the demand appears like they've today incorporated me the checklist under two separate records. They did the you spend today or I Will get you believe last period and I could encourage them to deliver me a return tag to deliver the book back. These were really rude and that I needed to push-to obtain the tag. Appears like they've doubled me-up this season. I'm looking to get them to deliver me TWO BRANDS to deliver the publications back. This exercise must be halted. They're absolutely looking to get one to purchase by violence. Please allow everybody realize that they do not need to purchase the unwanted books. They are able to contact the 800-number and obtain them to deliver a tag to come back. I'd an extremely difficult time getting a variety to contact. It's not within the payment account notice.
