(Really) Poor Customer Service

Yikes. I have been a faithful and pleased client for several years, however they really (TRULY) bungled a current delivery.in the place of dull you with the depth, I would like to simply claim that if you are using them, make sure to examine the bundle-following site repeatedly to make sure that deliveries GENUINELY HAVE been delivered — it would appear that their cargo notification emails are in no way correct. The humorous (although not truly) factor is the fact that this could have now been an extremely simple issue to repair, had it-not been for further ineptitude within their reaction (i.E., overlooking repeated follow up emails). Ugh. Down to Amazon for this woman.
