Still not paid for books sold to ecampus

Deliver three buyback purchases in early Sept. 08. These were quickly outlined about the ecampus website as approved. Then I never got settled. I sent a contact. Obtained a rude response stating that it'd take 4-6 months. About the 7th week I named CS plus they explained they'd a backlog of buyback publications and might place me on an show to obtain me compensated. About the 10th week of still lacking been compensated, I named again simply to be informed that it'll get 10-12 months. CS representative was really rude and talked thus reduced I really could barely notice her, despite the fact that I questioned her to please talk up many times. I expected for my publications to be delivered back in my experience and so I may promote them to another person. Rude CS rep. Said no. I requested to talk to her boss, rude cs representative declined to allow me. They've fourteen days to deliver me my cash or they'll be converted into the BBB and charged by me. I'll NEVER use or suggest the corporation to anybody. It'll appear to be you'll save only a little cash with them, but it's NOT WORTHWHILE! Esp. Do not send them your used books - you will find loads of additional used-book shops online that'll purchase your publications and obtain you-your cash that same week. Do not conduct business with ecampus!
