Acquired publications within the email with bill. Never registered the membership or heard about them. Lastly discovered a method to keep in touch with customer support after moving through their voice-mail program. Was advised they'd stop the account and might get a prepaid mailing label. Obtained a termination notice but no-return tag. This seems to be a fraud! Beware. Several grievances about that business on the web. Am still awaiting prepaid return tag to deliver textbooks back.
