Unbelieveably WOn't pay attention to my grievances and rude

Used to do not subscribe to account within the Literary Guild. They stated they delivered me publications. I have never gotten these publications. They've today delivered "my consideration" to some terrible collection company named Asian Selection Company. These people WOn't pay attention to my grievances and are rude. I would like to listen to from other individuals who have experienced activities that are similar.
