Don't purchase out of this organization!

A book was requested by me from the vendor called "Payless" through Alibris and that I paid additional for specific delivery. I obtained a note informing me that my purchase was delivered on September 25th. It's today Oct 16 and the book has not been acquired by me. I asked in to the standing of my purchase with Alibris, as well as in return I received a "form-letter" informing me that their plan enables thirty days for purchases to be obtained. I'd numerous additional concerns concerning my order's standing and also the concerns weren't resolved.

MORE... Alibris does not have customer support representatives as you are able to really keep in touch with within the telephone. For several I understand, the whole organization is just a large scam syndicate similar to the Alibris vendor called "Payless."

I am not likely to bother working further with this particular organization. Purchase my guide from another merchant and I am likely to merely challenge the costs on my charge card. I did so a google search and also the grievances are numerous.
