Stay clear of them

I used them to set up an LLC. After 2 weeks they called to tell me there was a question about the name, why did it take two weeks? After another two weeks I got a call that they couldnt proceed due to my authorized agents name. Didnt they know that when they called two weeks ago? Its now a month later and nothing has been done! Try getting them on the phone for help, hold times are over 30 minutes. Much better services available and cheaper!
