They mis-spelled the name of my LLC and ran an incorrect search. After two business days (that's 48 hours), I finally had to call them again and got someone on the phone who admitted the error but suggested their spelling was "close enough". They kept $200 and claim they'll refund the rest of the approximately $600 they took upfront. We'll see if they send it.
