I'm a dad who had been being prosecuted by anex-partner for paternity and child-support and that I employed john farzad to represent me and document a solution for the criticism. I settled a retainer payment of $2500 that was to protect the whole situation. Therefore months passed and nothing was completed. Farzad didn't document the clear answer and that I dropped automagically. Today i owe $600 per month child-support to get a child I actually donot actually understand and certainly will never understand if he's mine.

I virtually got cut. I settled farzad in money and dropped the bill. Today he declines I had been actually his customer. He's not returning my telephone calls and certainly will not speak with me. I'll consider him to small-claims judge for that 2500 but how do you quit the kid help? I'm today in debts over $6000. I might shed my companies license and who understands actually my drivers license. I definately wouldn't recomend to complete business with farzad at-all, nor contemplate him to be always a really truthful person.

He's lied in my experience and taken my cash and quit me large and dried. I'd have already been better-off carrying it out myself than by using this bufoon. I would like to know if others have experienced comparable encounter and perhaps their state companies must punish him.
